I had ordered this item previously for my 84 yr old Mother. One of her lady friends (87) had recommended to her for her aches and pains. My Mother's back and shoulders hurt and was causing her not to get a good nights sleep. I began give my Mother a back massage when she got in the bed for the night and rubbed this in and pressed down pretty deep for it to get down to the muscle. I have fibromyalgia and most of my pain is in my neck and shoulders, so I started putting this on my acky areas both in the day and at bedtime and to my amazement it was helping me of course it doesn't cure my Mother or myself, it did offer relief from the pain. When I came home (I live approx 250 miles from my Mom) I missed having this product to use at my home, so I ordered some for myself. I have since recommended this to others and will continue to use.
